Meze Mazi Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used in full, no change will be given. Treat Meze Mazi Gift Vouchers as 'cash' - they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Meze Mazi Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of issue.

Meze Mazi Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed for purchases at Meze Mazi and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.

Online transactions must be made within AUSTRALIA ONLY to be valid.

Meze Mazi Gift Vouchers may not be re-sold or bartered for cash, and Meze Mazi can choose to cancel Gift Vouchers that are re-sold.

A postage fee will apply for physical Gift Vouchers - if one requested.

Meze Mazi reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time where the change is required.

Gift Voucher transactions are purchased via a secure banking partner (Stripe). Meze Mazi does not have access to the full credit card number. By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Voucher, you: accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

To ensure the correct recipient is using the Gift Voucher, Meze Mazi may require the person to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming the Gift Voucher. If the person is unable to provide identification Meze Mazi may elect to not accept the Gift Voucher as payment until they are able to do so.
